Vista Gadget: Lyrics Player

Recently I made my first publicly released Windows Vista Gadget, named Lyrics Player. This is a mashup gadget that is based on the work by Jonathan Marston. The gadget have already seen more than 9000 downloads and received good reviews.

What it does is integrate with your Windows Media Player library and allows you to listen to your favorite music from the Vista Sidebar and quickly and easily see and read the lyrics for your music.

The gadget was submitted into the Norwegian Gadget Competition, at which I won the third price, an Xbox 360 Elite!

Lyrics Plugin is a piece of software tailored for music fans. To put it simply - it is an add-on to view lyrics in WinAmp or Windows Media Player. No more searching for lyrics. Just start listening to your favourite songs and lyrics will be displayed automatically. Oh, and if lyrics is not found, you can add it yourself

That's wonderful. I will download it and try it and see how good it is. But if you already won some competitions, then I bet that it does what you say. It looks like a small simple player which is good because I don't want something that will take up too much memory.
