Microsoft just launched a new technology beta called Microsoft Tag. This is a technology that is valueable to publishers of books, DVDs and other physical objects. It's also something that can be used in advertisments of various sort. I have doubt on the importance of this technology and I'm unsure if it will grow and achive the marketshare it needs to be the future of mobile tagging.
